Protecting large format digital prints from scratching, moisture, and UV rays requires laminating with a laminator of precision quality. Ordinary laminators designed for restaurant menus or offset- printed posters often won't do the job on digital graphics. That's why Lee Ryder Lamination offers the Finisher Series Laminators.

The Finishers are designed to thermally laminate both sides of wide format graphics. They can also simultaneously mount and laminate up to 1/2" (1.3 cm) board. And, with the release liner take-up option the Finishers can laminate one side with pressure sensitive films.

The Finisher Series laminators have solid state controllers with LCD readouts for exact temperature control, precise roller pressure across the entire web, and a host of user-friendly operating features.

Unique Features on all Finisher Laminators

RollerShoe™  Heat Shoes.  Idler rollers, precisely set keep film from dragging on the heat shoe, eliminate film scratches.

Heated Laminating Rollers.  To complement the RollerShoe™ heat shoes, the laminating rollers are heated to provide fast warm-up time. An on-off switch allows running of the machine with the laminating rollers heated or not heated, depending on the application.

Revolutionary Core Gripper.  The spring-loaded core dripper allows for easy loading and unloading of the film rolls as well as easy left-to-right alignment.

Slide Mechanism on Bottom Idler Bar. The bottom idler bar slides out to facilitate film loading. No more burnt knuckles when "hot loading.”

Removable Heat Shoe and Fan Assemblies. The top heat shoe and fan assemblies can be unplugged and completely removed for easy cleaning of the machine.
